Ethics – Manufacturer Documentation and Responsibility

Responsibilities and liabilities are allocated between involved actors in case of an accident (Di Fabio et al., 2017). Accountability with regards of automated driving systems is addressed by relevant moral and legal standards (Bonnefon, et al., 2020) for all actors providing the stakeholders with knowledge, motivation and capacity to comply with these (ISO/IEC TR 24368, 2022; ISO 26000, 2010).
